For our movement to succeed, it’s not enough to simply recruit volunteers, but we have to develop new leaders and activists and build true teams to create powerful grassroots campaigns and organizations. We also have to be intentional about building teams of people that work well together, that are given roles that fit their strengths, and whom we move up the engagement ladder so that they are leading in the future. This workshop will cover the basics of building teams, identifying different styles of leadership, and moving people up the engagement ladder to build leaders for the future.
